Diabetes manifests itself in a variety of forms. However, high blood glucose levels can cause complications & harm to the body’s organs and damage health. It can be treated with insulin and drugs, but it is necessary to manage a healthy diet.

When a woman is pregnant, there are possibilities she may develop Gestational diabetes. This type of diabetes generally goes down after the baby is born. However, you are more likely to develop type 2 diabetes latterly in life.

Pre-diabetes

This type occurs, when your blood sugar is high than usual, but not too high enough for a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes.

There are a few common signs or clues which can aware you that you are suffering from this disease. These general symptoms include –

Insulin is the most common method used to treat high sugar levels in the body. It is a type of injection which diabetic people need to take according to their problem and doctor’s suggestion which will help in controlling the sugar level.

Biguanides

It is a form of drug which is used to reduce the amount of glucose developed by the liver.

Meglitinides

It strikes the pancreas to release more and more insulin so that it can able to reach the cells for making energy.

Small meals

Try to eat small meals to have proper control of your sugar level. Emphasis more on healthy food like whole grain, vegetables and eat less of food which contains carbohydrates, high sugar, etc.
